Nothing to cancel
The free trial costs nothing and ends by itself after 15 days. A subject subscription lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically, so there is never a payment to stop: if you do not want another 30 days, simply do not renew.
When we refund
- Within 7 days, before downloading. If you change your mind within 7 days of paying and have not downloaded any worksheet from that subject, we refund that subject in full.
- Charged twice, or charged without access. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or paid and the subject did not open, we refund the extra or the whole payment, whenever you tell us.
- A problem we cannot fix. If a fault on our side stops you using a subject and we cannot put it right, we refund the unused part of your 30 days.
Because access starts as soon as you pay and worksheets can be downloaded and kept, we cannot otherwise refund a subscription once it has been used. Accounts closed for breaking the Terms and Conditions are not refunded.
How to ask
Email info@curatedprep.com from the address on your account, with your order number (it is on your receipt). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Ziina or Razorpay; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 working days. When a subscription is refunded in full, access to that subject ends.
Delivery
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered online. Access opens in your CuratedPrep account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute, and we email a receipt. Nothing is shipped.
